Jagger has now had 6 sessions and it has been amazing watching her work with him and I! She makes sure that you know what your training tasks are until the next visit, I've worked with some trainers that can train the dog, but the owner is left out and clueless. Not with Cheryl, she's has you do it yourself!
Again I can't wait to put a video up with all he can do now!

Thank you so much for all your help with our pup Flash! Before we met you we were a total mess with an over-exuberant, over-protective dog who would bark non-stop at everyone she saw while riding in the car or out for a walk. No one would ever approach us because, how could they? Most of our neighbors thought we were anti-social and rude. Now, having finished a round of training with you, we can all ride much more calmly in the car, and even greet neighbors as we’re out for our walks. Your calm, positive training method is exactly what was needed for us and our excitable pup.
We continue training daily on our own, practicing ‘Place’, ‘Doorbell’, and ‘Ring bells to go out’, and see small, daily improvements. It’s becoming a whole new world for us, and Flash gets to be a bigger part of it thanks to you!

Cheryl from Indian Trail Dog Training was a complete lifesaver for us! We adopted the sweetest dog recently, but his troubled past and all the change he had been through meant that he needed some time to adjust to his new forever home with us. This was pretty overwhelming for us as new dog parents, but the rescue organization gave us Cheryl's name, and we are so thankful.
Cheryl spent an hour of her day and numerous follow up conversations talking us through our new rescue dog's mindset and ways we could help acclimate him to our home and new routines. Her commitment to helping us made us feel like we weren't in this alone. She went above and beyond, even offered to drive a half hour to take our dog for a walk while we were at work and sending calming oils to our house to help our anxious dog. I cannot say enough good things about Cheryl and Indian Trail Dog Training. She helped us ensure our dog had a successful transition into our family and I would recommend her to any new or experienced dog parents looking for some guidance with their fur baby!

I am so thankful we found Cheryl from Indian Trail Dog training. We had had numerous bad experiences with trainers and I was getting discouraged! I came to her with a 12 pound, 6 month old puppy named Gus that had already been kicked out of multiple puppy kindergartens due to barking. Within 5 minutes of Cheryl being in our house, both myself and my puppy relaxed. She was the one! With her calming demeanor, positive reinforcement ways of training and a bag full of the best treats around, we are finally able to see how truly wonderful our boy is! We love how Cheryl not only trains Gus, but she trains the whole family as well – even our two young kids! We still have some work to do, as it takes time to train, but I couldn’t think of a better partner!
